• What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is 500 units, however each customer and product are unique so smaller or larger quantities may be available with negotiation.

 

• What are your fill ranges?

1ml – 500ml, with other sizes available by negotiation.

 

• Where do you manufacture?

We manufacture at our own facility located in Mount Barker, part of the picturesque Adelaide Hills region of South Australia.

 

• Are you Australian owned and operated and can I state my products are made in Australia if you manufacture them?

We are proudly Australian owned and operated and, in most cases, yes you are able to state your product is made in Australia.

 

• Are you GMP certified?

• Can you help to source packaging for me?

Generally, we ask that customers provide their own packaging, however we can assist by providing connections to leading suppliers.

• Do you offer Private Label products?

Yes! We have a range of stock Private Label formulas which can be used to quickly and cost effectively expand a customer’s range, or additionally they can be used as a base to be modified to suit the customers needs, saving some of the initial cost of product R&D but still maintaining a key point of difference for your brand.

 

• Do you provide assistance with product formulation?

Yes, we do! We can assist with the modification and testing of existing formulas or create formulations from scratch.
